I began my journey in search for a new home but, didn’t know where to start. I would have utilized my mother as a resource, as she is a home owner herself but, she had been 30 years removed from the last residential purchase she made. I found myself troubled with the matter at hand and was contemplating on what step I should take next. I began with the first step, amassing my finances. Secondly, determining a bank to finance with, for this loan would begin an extensive, tumultuous, relationship; therefore, I prefer indebting myself to an institution with some semblance of merit. Thirdly, finding that mediator, who can sift through the jargon, illuminate my dimly lit excursion and usher me onto the proper path, a path only befitting for myself. Lastly, setting my eyes upon that home, which placed me under an aura of euphoria and finally consecrating our union with a mere flick of the wrist, a pen, and paper.This would not have been possible without the third step, my mediator, Mark Diviny of Keller Williams and his associates. The process was challenging at times, even maddening. Nonetheless, Mark was always available to offer a helping hand if necessary. His poise, his resilience, his work ethic and dedication are all attributes for which I cannot take for granted.
